šŸ”„Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

As I was doing personal development this morning, I learned some really amazing things. If you are not already doing personal development at least 30 minutes a day then I suggest you start making it a priority in your life. Personal development forces you out of your comfort zone, it develops your strengths, it boosts your confidence and it improves your self-awareness.

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ« So this is what I learned todayā€¦.

There are āœŒ things you must know to create wealth. They are not difficult. ANYONE can learn themā€¦ You have to know where you are and where you are going and then you have to get moving in that direction. Now this is so simple and so obvious that once you start studying this you will ask why so many people are stuck? And there are many of people who are stuck out there. Most will be in the same place this year as they were last year.

However, we donā€™t have to be stuck.. we can quadruple our results!

The problem is not that people donā€™t have goals (I mean maybe that is a partial reason), but most people donā€™t know where they are mentally. They know where they are physically, but not mentally. Meaning, if youā€™re standing in the middle of a field you know where you are. If youā€™re at the store you know where you are. But when it comes to people understanding why they get the same results year after year, they canā€™t figure out why they have the same reoccurring problem. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€

And the reason for this is paradigmsā€¦ Change your PARADIGM and you will change your LIFE! So what is a paradigm? A paradigm is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behaviorā€¦ AND almost all of our behavior is habitual. So essentially paradigms are controlling our life.

And if you can CONTROL THE FLOW of thought energy, let it flow freely, to, and through you, you will improve everything with which it connects.

If you want to change something in your life, you will need to shift your paradigm. And that will mean doing some things that might seem illogical.

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ« How long will it take to change your paradigm, and how much time will you have to invest each day?

Well, that depends on how big of a change you want to make and how quickly you want to make it. In most cases, you will need to expose yourself to ideas that are opposite to your paradigm for an hour or so every day. If you do that, you can count on experiencing a paradigm shift.

But let me be clearā€¦..

We canā€™t change a paradigm with self-will alone. If we could, weā€™d all be living the life of our dreams.

Think about how many times youā€™ve been motivated to make a change in your life. You dreamed of earning a 6- or 7-figure income. You wanted to shed some pounds, so you could fit into your favorite pair of jeans. You planned to start a business.

But no matter how badly you wanted to make a permanent and substantial change, for one reason or another, it didnā€™t happen.

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ« The question is: WHY?

You might be able to come up with one excuse or another, but Iā€™ve got to tell you, thereā€™s only one reason youā€™re not getting the results you wantā€¦ and that is your paradigm. Itā€™s keeping you stuck right where you are.

But the good news isā€¦ You CAN change it!!!!!!!!!!

You can change your paradigm. šŸ˜ However, there are only two ways to do it. One is an emotional impact. That is when something hits you so hard that your life will never be the same.

Repetition is the second way. It is exposing yourself to a new idea over and over again. The point is not to memorize the information, but rather to impress the idea or image into your subconscious mind.

You see, your paradigm is deeply rooted in you. So you canā€™t expose yourself to a new idea once or a handful of times and expect it to uproot the paradigm. Thatā€™s like trying to remove a 100-year oak tree by pruning a few of its branches.

Instead, you must impress the new idea or image over and over until it starts to take hold in your subconscious mind.

At first, the image is weak because itā€™s only in your conscious mind. Itā€™s like a little sapling planted there. šŸŒ± Repetition works to loosen the soil of the conscious mind and allow the new image to take root in the subconscious mind.

The more you impress the image into your subconscious mind, the stronger it becomes. Eventually, the old image weakens and the new one replaces it, and you move into the vibration that the image creates. When that happens, you are in resonance with all that you desire. šŸ’ÆšŸ’Æ
